SHIPPING

We ship within the continental United States. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. A few items ship from the manufacturer, in which case your order will be processed within 2-5 business days unless noted otherwise. For custom orders and handcrafted items, please refer to the product description.

SALES TAX

CA orders are charged an 8.75% sales tax.

CANCELLATIONS

Please contact us promptly as we may not be able to cancel an order once it begins processing by the warehouse. Backorders may be cancelled up to the time the item is in stock and the order begins processing.

BACK ORDERED ITEMS

Periodically,a product will be placed on backorder until additional inventory is received. If your order includes an item that has been placed on backorder, we will attempt to notify you and provide you with options to fulfill your current order.

Due to continued Covid-19 shutdowns around the world, many of our suppliers are experiencing significant production and shipping delays. Consequently, some backorder items may incur extended delays and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these delays may cause you.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us using the Form Below. We will promptly exchange or refund your order (less our actual shipping costs) when you return ship within 30 days of receipt. Clearance,Custom Orders and Personalized Items are not returnable.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

If your purchase was damaged during shipment, notify the carrier right away. Save all packaging material for inspection. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt for replacement instructions.
