We do not ship outside the U.S. and cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO or international addresses.

In-stock items ship within 1 - 3 days and take an additional 2-6 business days to arrive. Custom orders, handcrafted items, and orders shipped direct from the manufacturer can take from 1 - 3 weeks or as specified with the product information. Ship dates for out-of-stock items will be updated on the item's web page.
Please track your package so that you can anticipate delivery. The decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep or with a neighbor, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.
**FREE & Flat Rate Shipping:
This is our standard discounted rate. If you select this option, we will determine the most economical shipping method. Excludes freight shipments in which case we will contact you with a freight quote.
FedEx Ground Shipping:
Enter your shipping zip code on the basket page to view real time Fedex rates. Select your preferred method during checkout.
Select FedEx 2 Day or Overnight for Expedited Shipping.( Not available on all items ) Freight shipments can not be expedited.
Large or Heavy items may incur a higher, but substantially discounted shipping fee shown on Basket Screen.
Truck / Freight
Some items are too large or heavy to ship via UPS/FedEx, and must be shipped via Truck Delivery. Truck Delivery is different than standard UPS, FedEx, or US Mail. Once your merchandise arrives at the delivery agent's local terminal, you will be contacted by the trucking company to set up a delivery date and time range. You must be present to sign for the delivery and inspect the item for potential damages.
- The delivery driver will deliver your items curbside of your home. They are not responsible for taking the product onto your driveway or into your home. You will be responsible for moving the package off the end of the truck, so you may want a friend or family member on hand for help.
- For an additional $45 fee, our delivery service partners will utilize a special truck with a liftgate that lowers your items to the ground. A liftgate is required for items shipped on a pallet. Trucking companies are required to place your palletized items onto your property, ie: driveway, sidewalk in front of your shipping location if no driveway is available but they are not able to assist you with final placement of your palletized item.
If you are not there to accept delivery, a storage and repeat delivery fee may charged by the trucking company. Fees associated with additional services or reconsigning (changing of original shipping address) of shipments is the responsibility of the customer. Refusal of delivery will result in customer incurring all shipping and or repeat delivery costs.
We do our best to ensure your order arrives safely. In the event that damage occurs in the shipping process, aGardenPlace or the manufacturer may request photos of the damaged product for replacement pieces or credit to be given as well as submission for damage claims and for informational purposes for future packaging/product solutions. You may be required to keep the damaged product and all shipping materials for a period of time for any shipping company (UPS, FEDEX, or Common Carrier) to inspect the product.
Damage upon Freight Delivery: Note the damage on the bill of lading and include "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION", before signing, so any issues may be corrected or parts replaced. Contact us immediately to report any damages or issues.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are welcome for 15 days from the date of receipt. Return Policy.
