Product Returns and Exchanges

All Returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RMA#. )
We cannot ensure proper credit if an item is returned without our prior notification.


Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us using contact form available through the live help button on the left.e form below. We will promptly exchange or issue a refund (not including actual shipping and handling costs ) when you return it within 15 days of receipt in it's original, brand new, unused condition with all tags still attached. If the original tags are not attached we cannot accept the merchandise for exchange or credit. Exchanges are subject to a shipping expense for the new item. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Custom Orders and Personalized Items are not returnable.

Damaged Items

We inspect and carefully package your purchase to minimize the chance of damage during shipment. Damaged merchandise must be reported to the delivering carrier and to aGardenPlace within 48hrs of arrival. Retain the entire damaged package received, including the original shipping carton, the damaged merchandise, and all packing materials until the carrier has inspected the damages and advises how to proceed with your claim. Email us within 48 hours of receipt for replacement instructions. Please include your order number and describe the damage. A digital photo is helpful in expediting a claim.

Failure to follow these simple instructions will void the insurance and limit our ability to give you credit or a replacement.
