We ordered these swivel hooks because we have used them before and they were great. We have numerous hanging baskets and the wind would cause our hooks to come loose and my baskets would fall. These swivel hooks solved that problem beautifully! Also on our first delivery we received the wrong item and I contacted A Garden Place via email and they responded immediately and shipped the correct product right away. Also, I personally made an error in my order with shipping options, which they corrected for me immediately. The customer service is excellent with this company!!! I will definitely order from them in the future.
