![]() ![]() SHIPPING Our Garden Decor ships anywhere in the United States (sorry, we do not ship outside the US except for some Floral gifts which can be shipped to the US and Canada). Please note that not all items are shipped from CA. Please email if delivery date is critical. Most orders are processed for shipping within 1-3 business days. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, in which case your order will be processed within 2-5 business days unless noted otherwise. For custom orders, handcrafted or handmade items , please allow up to 2-4 weeks or as specified with the product information. RETURN POLICYDamaged Items : If your purchase was damaged during shipment, notify the carrier right away. Save all packaging material for inspection. Use the Returns & Exchanges link above to contact us within 48 hours of receipt for replacement instructions. Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, use the Returns & Exchanges link above to contact us for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. We will promptly exchange or issue a refund (not including our actual shipping and handling costs ) when you return ship within 15 days of receipt. Item must be in it's original, new, unused condition. Exchanges are subject to a shipping expense for the new item. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
