To place an order by phone, we ask that you first create an account by clicking the "Sign In" link at the top of any page. This will allow us to pull up your account information, decreasing the chance of errors. No credit card information is collected. You can then call us to complete your order.


We ship within the continental United States. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. A few items ship from the manufacturer, in which case your order will be processed within 2-5 business days unless noted otherwise. For custom orders and handcrafted items, please refer to the product description.


CA orders are charged an 8.0% sales tax.


Please contact us promptly as we may not be able to cancel an order once it begins processing by the warehouse. Backorders may be cancelled up to the time the item is in stock and the order begins processing.


Periodically,a product will be placed on backorder until additional inventory is received. If your order includes an item that has been placed on backorder, we will attempt to notify you and provide you with options to fulfill your current order.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us using the Form Below. We will promptly exchange or refund your order (less our actual shipping costs ) when you return ship within 30 days of receipt. Clearance,Custom Orders and Personalized Items are not returnable.


If your purchase was damaged during shipment, notify the carrier right away. Save all packaging material for inspection. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt for replacement instructions.
